Have to reschedule? Not a problem! Like to use a different laboratory? No trouble!
We recognize that sudden events happen, so all tests may be rescheduled for up to ninety days from the initial appointment. If you need to cancel your tests, you may do so anytime within 72 hours of setting it up. However, a 33% cancellation fee will apply. Tests can also be cancelled after 72 hours, but any funds already collected will be held and available for you for future testing.
If you have any questions at all concerning our cancellation policy, please be sure to ask your counselor about it before scheduling your test.
