We take all major credit cards together with Paypal, and offer very discreet billing to guarantee your complete privacy. If you need an alternate means for paying or have concerns related to paying using a credit card, please be sure to ask your counselor with regards to other options that we can offer.
Payment is due when your test is setup. We recognize that unexpected situations happen, so all tests may be rescheduled for up to 3 months from the initial appointment. If you wish to cancel within 72 hours of setting up your appointment, you may do so but a 33% cancellation fee will apply. After 72 hours, all fees collected can only be used for future testing.
In case you have any questions whatsoever concerning our cancellation policy, be sure to consult your counselor regarding it prior to arranging your test.
