STD Testing – Privacy Policy

All testing information acquired on your behalf by STD Testing Services is confidential and won’t be shared with 3rd parties without your authorization, other than with its partners in the testing process (laboratories, doctors, RSC). All testing results will be examined by our partner physicians then released for your review. STD Testing Services and its partners are required legally to report positive test results for all communicable diseases. In such cases we only report the minimum amount of information required by law to your local and State Department of Health. STD Testing Services will not report any personal information or test results to your health insurance carrier or any other individuals or entities with out your consent. Your own personal information is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
